Privacy
The short version: what you send us is used to answer you, and nothing else. We don’t sell it, share it or put you on a mailing list.
What the form collects
The Start a project form asks for your name, the name of your business, what it does, its town, its current website if it has one, what you need, your timeline, a budget if you want to give one, your email, your phone number if you want a call or a text, the best way to reach you, and anything else you choose to add.
We use those answers to read about your business, write back to you, and prepare a plan and a written quote. Nothing else.
Where it goes
Once the form is connected, your answers are sent to the studio as an email through Resend, an email delivery service. The message passes through Resend’s servers on its way to our inbox, and is kept in that inbox so we can reply and keep track of the project.
Until online requests are connected, the form sends nothing, and says so plainly, both at the top of the form and when you press the button. While that is the case, we hold nothing from it.
What stays in your browser
If the form can’t send, what you type is saved in your own browser’s storage on your device, so you don’t lose your answers. It doesn’t leave your device unless you send it. It is removed once a request goes through, and you can remove it yourself with “Clear them and start over” on the form, or by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
Visits to the site
The site is hosted on Vercel and uses Vercel Web Analytics to count visits. It works without cookies and doesn’t collect personal data: it counts things like which pages are viewed, which site sent the visit, and the kind of device and browser, in aggregate.
The weight and speed shown at the bottom of each page are measured in your own browser as the page loads, and aren’t sent anywhere. The site sets no cookies for visitors.
No selling, no sharing
We don’t sell what you send, share it with anyone else, or add you to a mailing list.
Links to other sites
Links to the sites we built, to our sources, and the Facebook share button go to other websites, which have their own privacy rules.
Asking about your data
To ask what we have from you, to correct it or to have it deleted, send a request through the Start a project form and say so under “Anything else”. We’ll tell you what we hold and delete it if you ask.
