Let the repeat work run itself
Assistants that answer only from your own information, and small automations that check, remind and route.
AI & automation
We don’t use AI to write your website, invent reviews or talk to customers unchecked. We use it where it is good: reading your own published information to answer a question at nine at night, or sorting a stack of form requests so the right person sees each one.
Most useful automation isn’t AI at all. It is a small job that runs every morning and checks that the prices on your website still match your booking system, or emails a customer the day before an appointment. We build both, explain what each one does in plain words, and keep a record of every run.
What’s included
- An assistant that answers only from what you have published
- A daily check that your website’s prices match your booking or point-of-sale system
- Appointment reminders sent the day before, built so nobody is reminded twice
- Form requests routed to the right person, with a copy in your inbox
- A plain record of what ran, when, and what it did
- Nothing that writes reviews, makes up facts or answers customers unchecked

Shade Customs
Shade Customs’ site checks its published prices against Square every morning and emails the shop when they drift, and reminds each customer the day before their appointment.

Will an AI assistant make things up?
Ours are built to answer only from the information you give them, like your services, hours and policies, and we test them with questions they should refuse. When they don’t know, they send the person to you.
Do I need AI for this?
Often not. A reminder email or a price check is a small, predictable script, and that is what we build. We use AI only where reading and answering in plain language is the actual job.
What does it cost to run?
Automations run on the same hosting as your site. An AI assistant adds a usage bill from the AI provider, set up in your name, so you can see what it costs each month.
Tell us what you do
A few questions about your business and what you need. We read every one and write back with what we’d build, what it takes, and a written quote.
- 1 You answer a few questions, about five minutes.
- 2 We look at your business and anything you already have.
- 3 You get a written plan and a fixed quote.
